Job Summary
Lead the lease-up of Flora Waterset Apartments by hiring, training, and mentoring onsite leasing and maintenance teams while managing the full lifecycle of operations. Oversee marketing, budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection to drive initial absorption and NOI, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Build strong resident relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention while monitoring occupancy trends against strategic goals. Utilize analytical skills to maintain financial health and establish a culture of operational excellence for this new 400-unit development.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of multi-family property management experience as a Property Manager
- 4 or more years as an Assistant Property Manager
- Proficiency with leasing
- Proficiency with marketing
- Proficiency with resident relations
- 2+ years of lease-up experience within the last five (5) years
- Proven ability to manage budgets
- Proven ability to analyze financial reports
- Proven ability to drive NOI
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal transportation for local business needs
- Ability to perform essential functions (walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 40 lbs.)
- High School Diploma/GED
