Job Summary
Property Manager will oversee management and operations of approximately 1 million square feet across 50 tenants and 12 industrial/flex assets in the Bay Area (Fremont, South San Francisco, Oakland). Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, CAM reconciliations, preparing annual budgets and reforecasts, producing monthly/quarterly financial reports, validating invoices and payments, managing tenant billings and delinquencies, overseeing capital projects, coordinating with construction teams, and maintaining tenant relations. The role requires coordinating with the Regional Operations Manager, supervising third-party vendors, and ensuring compliance with LBA requirements. The candidate should have strong Excel skills, familiarity with Argus and MRI a plus, 5+ years of PM experience (industrial preferred), and California Real Estate License. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-service orientation are essential; travel to multiple properties is expected.
Required Qualifications
- California Real Estate License required
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of property management experience, preferably with industrial properties
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; Argus and MRI a plus
- Ability to travel to multiple locations as required
- Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
