Job Summary
Property Manager sought to oversee a portfolio of industrial and flex properties in Washington. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, budgeting and forecasting, CAM reconciliations, financial reporting, tenant relations and service quality, vendor management, and coordination of construction/tenant improvements. Role involves onsite property inspections, using mileage to visit assets, leadership of a property administration team, and cross-functional collaboration with architects, contractors, tenants, brokers, and internal teams. Requires Washington State Real Estate Broker’s License (or ability to obtain within 3 months) and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and industry tools (e.g., Argus, Salesforce, Prism, AvidXchange, PMWeb, MRI) is preferred; strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Washington State Real Estate Broker’s License required or be obtained within the first 3 months of hire
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or two to four year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team with at least 10 years of experience within the commercial property management industry, preferably with class A commercial properties
