Job Summary
Manage staffing schedules, oversee on-site team recruitment and development, and collect rental payments while monitoring delinquencies. Prepare financial reports, develop operating budgets, and ensure office operations follow company policies. Conduct tours to lease apartments, respond to resident and prospect inquiries, and prepare lease documents. Maximize occupancy and rental income through marketing strategies and resident retention programs. Maintain accurate data entry for applications and leases, train staff on system processes, and organize resident events. Perform full property inspections in all weather conditions and oversee maintenance functions.
Required Qualifications
- High school education
- Minimum two years of experience in residential property management or a related field
- Strong management, communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Customer service mindset with a professional image
- Sales ability with proven closing skills
- Knowledge of on-site maintenance processes and vendor/contractor coordination
- Proficiency with office technology and property management systems
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work any day of the week, including evenings or weekends as needed
- Ability to serve on-call when scheduled
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Ability to conduct full property inspections in all weather conditions
- Capability to oversee maintenance functions and assist in emergencies
- Background check completion
