Job Summary

Manage and operate community properties by coordinating efforts to meet contractual obligations, preparing annual budgets, and analyzing monthly financial statements with operating variances. Supervise on-site team members while maintaining accurate property files, processing work orders, and monitoring vendor contracts and insurance certificates. Facilitate solutions within the community by acting as a liaison between the client, board of directors, and internal staff, and chair team meetings to drive improvements. Initiate resident orientations, update communication channels including newsletters and websites, and ensure compliance with state statutes and building rules.

Required Qualifications

certified and licensed by the State of Florida for Community Property Manager (CAM)
valid FL Driver's license
strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices
proficient and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations, or documents with a similar degree of complexity
ability to react and address all emergency situations in a timely manner
