Job Summary
Oversee all phases of a portfolio's commercial property management, including operating budgets, budget evaluation, tenant and capital improvements, maintenance and repair projects, and coordination with leasing, development, accounting, construction, and finance. Interface with 3rd party vendors and internal teams to drive performance. Requires superior knowledge of commercial real estate, maintenance practices, and property management accounting; advanced Excel and strong financial aptitude; travel regularly. Professional designations such as CSM, CPM, or CCIM are preferred. Minimum 5 years of retail commercial property management experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Travel-ready role with a technology-forward mindset to implement innovative solutions.
