Job Summary
Property Manager at Kidder Mathews is responsible for day-to-day operation management of an assigned portfolio and supervising portfolio staff, aligning with property owners’ goals and the Asset Services Division’s mission. Responsibilities include leading a team of property-management professionals, coaching and developing staff, guiding tenant relations, conducting property inspections, coordinating with vendors/contractors, ensuring contracted services meet performance standards, budgeting and financial oversight, reviewing and approving invoices, and providing financial analysis for leases and renewals. The role also covers lease administration, tenant onboarding, construction coordination, and maintaining professional relationships with tenants, owners, and internal teams. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), a Real Estate License, 3+ years of commercial property management experience, supervisory experience, and the ability to travel locally, along with strong communication, budgeting, and analytical skills.
