Job Summary
Respond to resident needs and emergencies 24/7 to ensure safety and satisfaction. Monitor building conditions through preventive inspections, supervise maintenance teams, and oversee external service providers to maintain Apogée standards. Manage leasing activities, move-ins, and move-outs while optimizing occupancy. Foster community engagement by organizing events and monitor accounts receivable and budgets for financial control. Ensure compliance with building rules and company policies. Requires flexible availability including weekends and on-call evenings for emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in property management, residential or hospitality sectors
- Comfortable using basic computer tools, including Outlook, Microsoft Office, and CRM software
- Good understanding of leasing processes and basic financial management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Flexible availability, including weekends and on-call evenings for emergencies
