Job Summary
Property Manager to live on-site and manage four properties within a four-mile radius, covering up to 146 units. Role includes leasing, tenant relations, and coordination across properties with travel limited to nearby sites. Livable studio unit provided with utilities, option to upgrade to a one-bedroom as available. Leases commission paid per unit leased across the portfolio. Requires on-site presence in Koreatown, Los Angeles, CA; full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with on-call responsibilities and weekends as needed. Strong communication and sales capabilities, property management software experience, valid driver’s license, and bilingual abilities preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven working experience in property management
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Experience with property management software preferred
- Reliable car and valid driver's license required
- Bilingual Spanish speaker highly preferred but open to others
- Candidate who has lived and worked in Los Angeles is highly preferred
- Property leasing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Property management: 2 years (Required)
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
- Ability to Relocate: Los Angeles, CA 90029: Relocate before starting work (Required)
