Job Summary
Manage your own residential property portfolio from end to end, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while maintaining strong compliance and operational standards. Conduct and coordinate routine, entry, and exit inspections; manage maintenance requests efficiently and proactively. Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears management, and compliance requirements. Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining accurate records. Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders. Requires current driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and Real Estate Licence.
