Job Summary
Collect rent, enforce company rules, and provide notices for violations while appearing in court for evictions when necessary. Walk vacant homes with maintenance to list repairs and schedule move-ins, then oversee refurb procedures and follow-through for new resident move-ins and move-outs. Show prospective tenants homes and lots, make daily deposits for the first ten days of the month, and occasionally train other managers. This role requires a detailed-oriented, organized individual with three years of property management experience and a valid driver's license. Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred.

- Computer literacy.
- Experience with property management and/or accounting software.
- Basic computer skills.

- Microsoft Suite.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.
- Background Check
