Job Summary
Develop and implement annual operating budgets and capital plans while ensuring timely, accurate monthly reporting and financial performance analysis. Manage property teams to execute approved initiatives, oversee competitive bidding for third-party services, and maintain compliance with regulations and safety standards. Conduct regular tenant meetings to drive satisfaction programs and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Work directly with clients to understand investment objectives and develop property-specific strategic plans. On-site in New York, NY, with an estimated compensation of $115,500–$132,000 USD. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of leadership experience, and valid real estate license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related industry
- Class A office space
- Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports
- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and business development within the commercial real estate sector
- Proficiency in real estate management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Valid real estate license or ability to obtain within specified timeframe
- On site during normal business hours
- Available for emergency response, or as needed
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Real Estate License required within six (6) months if not currently licensed
- Professional certifications such as LEED GA, or equivalent industry credentials
- Strong network of industry relationships
- Demonstrated thought leadership in real estate
