Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day property management services for a multi-let asset, including HSE requirements, building inspections, fire drill planning, and fit-out supervision. Manage the site-based team, TFM service providers, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and UAE/Dubai legislation. Lead quality assurance for operations, transitions, and maintenance verification, while reviewing client contracts and overseeing communal facilities like the gym and cafeteria. Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to clients, manage tenant databases, and handle collections for rent and service charges. Pre-qualify vendors, prepare tender information, and ensure property management systems remain accurate and up to date. Report directly to the Senior Director-Head of Building Management, reporting on-site in Dubai.

- Experience working directly for and on behalf of a Landlord or Client
