Job Summary
Property Manager for a residential multi-family portfolio in Jacksonville, FL. Lead and coach a team to deliver referral-worthy customer experiences while balancing business needs with exceptional service. Responsibilities include proactive leadership, budgeting, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, and use of property management software. Requires minimum three years’ residential property management experience, prior supervisory experience, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience as a residential property manager
- Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing
- Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software
- A strong understanding of bottom-line and balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results
- Occasional travel required
