Job Summary
Oversee a portfolio of residential and/or mixed-use properties, drive occupancy and leasing performance, manage budgets and financial reporting, coordinate maintenance and vendor management, lead on-site leasing and maintenance teams, ensure tenant relations and retention, and maintain brand standards through inspections. Requires 3+ years of property management experience and proficiency with AppFolio or Yardi; in-person work in York, PA; Monday–Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of property management experience, preferably managing multiple properties or a portfolio
- Strong understanding of leasing, operations, and financial performance
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, or similar preferred)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties
