Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of residential properties, conduct monthly inspections, manage tenant and vendor communications, and coordinate accounting and project management tasks; requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in property management with travel to properties. Strong written and verbal communication, budgeting, lease administration, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines are essential. Familiarity with MRI and Yardi is a plus.
