Job Summary
Manage leases and service contracts for Securitas properties, oversee office relocations, and coordinate maintenance and safety compliance. Execute data analysis, forecasting, and reporting while maintaining object databases and sourcing external vendors. Implement sustainability initiatives and support special projects in alignment with corporate goals. Requires German and English proficiency, Class B license, and three to five years of property management experience. Full-time role with up to 50% remote availability.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d), Immobilienfachwirt (m/w/d) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Mindestens drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung als Property Manager (m/w/d)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Englischkenntnisse auf Niveau B2/C1
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Reisebereitschaft in Deutschland (insbesondere in der jeweiligen Area)
- Mobiles arbeiten: bis zu 50% Remote
