Property Manager III - Wayne Tower

Oversee daily operations of the 154-unit Wayne Tower senior apartment community, ensuring regulatory compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs. Manage property budgets, policies, leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy while addressing resident concerns and coordinating move-ins/outs. Supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff, overseeing maintenance, inspections, safety standards, and the preparation of required compliance reports. Maintain strong MOR and REAC inspection outcomes through accurate waiting lists and organized tenant files. Hold a valid driver's license meeting National Church Residences' motor policy. This role supports National Church Residences' mission to advance better living for seniors across 360 communities.
