Job Summary
Property Manager II at The Cosmopolitan in St. Paul, MN overseeing all operational and financial aspects of the property, including leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, personnel management, compliance with safety programs and laws. Leads the site team, supervises employees, ensures occupancy, manages rent collections and evictions, conducts market research for pricing strategies, and submits timely reports to the Regional Manager. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of management experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office with Yardi experience preferred; real estate licenses must not be active. Salary range posted: $60,000-$70,000 with benefits described in the posting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Management experience, Property Management experience preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Yardi Software highly preferred
- CRM designation preferred
- Real Estate Licenses must not be active while working in this role
