Job Summary
Property Manager I for Ravine at Central College senior apartment communities in Westerville, OH. Oversees daily operations of affordable housing, including leasing, marketing, rent collection, occupancy, staff supervision, maintenance, inspections, and safety. Ensures regulatory compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs; manages budgets and policies; addresses resident concerns and coordinates move-ins/outs. Requires strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office. Location: Westerville, OH; full-time role with on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience
- CPM or ARM certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of housing regulations
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
