Responsibilities include supervising maintenance, ensuring safety standards, coordinating move-ins/outs, preparing compliance reports, and maintaining resident relations. Requires knowledge of housing regulations and proficient use of property management software and Microsoft Office; bachelor's degree preferred and 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience is expected.
