Job Summary
Implement quality control for leasing regulations and policies. Assist with budgeting and manage daily operations of assigned residential or commercial units. Oversee building maintenance and interact effectively with community residents. Travel to alternative communities if requested. Requires high school diploma, two years property management experience, and knowledge of affordable housing regulations. Full-time 40-hour schedule in Cedar Square, Kansas.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' property management experience
- Working knowledge of computer or tablet software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work assignments and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to effectively read and interpret documents and instructions
- Ability to effectively interact with community residents
- Ability to travel to alternative communities, if requested
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD/Section 8 and affordable housing regulations
