Property Manager I

Operational support in managing, negotiating and coordinating cash device locations for a defined geographical property portfolio within the bank’s property and distribution environment, ensuring cash device locations effectively meet business and client needs thereby optimising access to cash solutions for personal and business banking clients. The role requires knowledge of property leasing principles and lease agreements, site feasibility factors (foot traffic, visibility, access), governance and approval processes, and ATM/cash device distribution considerations. Collaboration with internal teams (Property, Legal, Projects, Finance, Operations) and external property stakeholders is essential. The candidate should have 1-3 years’ experience in the retail property industry, strong analytical and negotiation skills, attention to detail, commercial thinking, drafting contracts, and project management, as well as proficient MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
