Job Summary
Portfolio Property Manager responsible for overseeing multiple community associations, liaising with Boards of Trustees and homeowners, supervising operations, and managing administrative tasks and vendor relationships. Responsibilities include overseeing financials and annual budgets, evaluating capital expenditures, maintaining community appearance and operation, managing delinquency and collections processes, preparing Board packages, coordinating architectural reviews and inspections, and ensuring effective use of management tools (calendar, action items, resolutions, procurement procedures). Requires strong communication skills, contract negotiation experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with a NJ driver's license; hybrid work arrangement in Hackensack, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Valid NJ Driver's License
- Strong financial knowledge with ability to read, understand, and create spreadsheets, flow charts, graphs
- Experience in contract negotiation and facility management
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of communities/property/HOAs (preferred)
- Commitment to continuing education
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, team player
- Time management and prioritization skills
