Job Summary
Oversee daily property operations at Huntington Village Apartments, including managing financial goals, leasing strategies, and resident retention while ensuring full compliance with affordable housing programs like LIHTC and Section 8. Lead a team of staff, coordinate maintenance schedules, and handle all administrative processes from lease processing to emergency response protocols. Prepare annual budgets, monitor occupancy rates, and maintain accurate records of all transactions and resident files.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of related experience
- proven track record in similar function
- Experience in a supervisory role/capacity
- Successful completion of a background check
- Successful completion of a drug screen
- Valid Driver's License
- clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with site based affordable housing programs
- COS and/or CPO Certification
- Bachelor's degree in business management/property management field
- Multilingual skills
- Strong computer skills
- MS Office suite
