Job Summary
Manage a shared portfolio of residential properties, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating maintenance requests, and instructing contractors to ensure high standards. Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants by acting as the primary contact for queries, handling renewals, terminations, and move-out processes. Monitor rent payments, manage arrears, and support deposit returns while ensuring all properties comply with current lettings legislation and safety requirements. Conduct property visits, mid-term inspections, and follow-ups to resolve issues efficiently. Requires a full UK driving licence and own vehicle; salary is £28,000–£33,000.
