Job Summary
Oversee daily property operations and financial goals while maintaining accurate records of transactions, rent rolls, and delinquency reports. Enforce community policies in alignment with Fair Housing laws and manage the team to ensure efficient workflows and high customer service scores. Support the property's value and resident satisfaction through consistent policy adherence and oversight of community standards. This hourly role at Mission Rock Residential in Vancouver, WA, requires a minimum of two years on-site experience as a Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager. Required Qualifications
- Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing principles
- Position requires a minimum of 2 years on-site as a Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Community Manager
- will consider 3 years supervisory experience in a customer-service related business with appropriate certification(s)
- Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
