Job Summary
Manage facility operations for a defined territory of commercial properties through monthly inspections, coordinating maintenance service requests, and developing operating budgets and capital plans. Hire contractors and approve operating invoices while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of property management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi.
