Job Summary
Directs and oversees the day-to-day operations of community staff while ensuring the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports. Manages a highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation to achieve high resident retention and leasing expectations. Provides excellent customer service to all residents and prospects. Requires two years of apartment management experience, leadership skills, and a valid driver's license.
