Property Manager

Oversee operations of a multifamily residential community, supervise the leasing team, conduct property tours, process applications, manage leases, move-ins/move-outs/renewals, and ensure high occupancy. Coordinate property maintenance and vendor services, track leads and drive high closing ratios, create social media content to support leasing, collect rent and manage budgets, and prepare financial and operational reports. Ensure compliance with housing regulations (Tax Credit, HUD, etc.), plan resident events, and implement retention programs. Maintain accurate records following SOPs and collaborate with staff to sustain resident satisfaction and property performance.
