Job Summary
Lead residential community management by overseeing team performance, selecting and hiring staff, and conducting training and coaching sessions. Manage budget processing, resident relations, leasing, and rent collection while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and building maintenance standards. Utilize property management and accounting software to track expenses, balance income, and uphold safety protocols. Requires minimum three years of residential property management experience and occasional travel. Located at Heron Reserve.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience as a residential community/property manager
- Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing
- Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software
- A strong understanding of bottom-line and comprehension of balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results
- Occasional travel
