Property Manager - Heritage Landing

Oversee daily operations of Heritage Landing, a 56-unit senior apartment community, ensuring regulatory compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs. Manage property budgets, policies, leasing, marketing, and rent collection while addressing resident concerns and coordinating move-ins and outs. Supervise on-site staff, oversee maintenance and safety standards, and prepare required compliance reports to maintain strong inspection outcomes. Maintain accurate waiting lists and organized tenant files in adherence to Fair Housing regulations. Requires a valid driver's license meeting National Church Residences' motor policy and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Full-time, 30-40 hours Monday through Friday at $26.41 per hour.
