Job Summary
Manage daily operations of the South Rossville Senior Village apartment community, including general administration, compliance with IRS and LIHTC laws, and financial oversight of rent collection and expenses. Recruit, supervise, and train office and maintenance staff while overseeing all maintenance aspects, contractor coordination, and unit turnovers to ensure a safe living environment. Maintain resident relations by addressing requests and complaints, enforcing lease provisions, and safeguarding all monies received. Report accidents and emergencies to the Regional Manager via Incident Reports. Prioritize multiple tasks and inspect all community areas to verify standards are met. Requires two years of property management experience with tax credit/LIHTC knowledge, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Full-time role with opportunities for marketing outreach and resident relations.

- Two years of previous property management experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
