Job Summary
Manage the commercial oversight of a residential property portfolio, handling lease agreements, rent increases under §§ 558, 559, and 560 BGB, and optimizing utility cost statements. Plan, steer, and control maintenance and modernization measures while managing vacancy and receivables. Coordinate external service providers and deliver regular reports to owners and the executive board. Requires a background in real estate management, deep knowledge of tenancy law, and proficiency in MS Office. Located in Zossen/Berlin, this role offers flat hierarchies, direct decision-making, and long-term perspectives within a respectful team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Mietrecht (§§ 535 ff. BGB)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungssicherheit und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Teamorientierung sowie ein respektvoller und professioneller Umgang im täglichen Miteinander
