Property Manager-Harpers Square

Oversee the daily workflow of the assigned property, including general administration, maintenance, leasing, and staff leadership. Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff while providing performance evaluations and handling discipline or termination per company policy. Manage financial operations by maintaining purchases within budget and overseeing lease administration to ensure timely rent collection. Direct sales and marketing efforts to recommend competitive rental rates that maximize occupancy and minimize vacancy or bad debt losses. Ensure regulatory compliance and procedural oversight by approving resident applications and reporting policy violations through the proper chain of command.
