Job Summary
Oversee the operational, financial, and administrative aspects of an assigned residential property, ensuring compliance with laws and exceeding performance goals. Supervise on-site staff, manage vendors and maintenance, and drive budgeted financial and occupancy targets through rent rate setting, collection, and lease enforcement. Analyze financial statements to inform forecasting, approve invoices, and conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness standards. Serve as the primary liaison to owners and investors, providing performance updates and tours while utilizing property management software for operational tracking. Promote resident satisfaction through timely service resolution and proactive communication, including implementing retention programs and managing delinquencies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of experience in multifamily property management
- At least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of lease agreements, rent collection, and lease enforcement procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Property Management software experience
- Knowledge of real estate contracts, financial management, and operational compliance
- Valid driver's license
- Must have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be customer-service oriented with the ability to interact professionally with residents and vendors
