Job Summary
Oversee operational, financial, and administrative aspects of an assigned residential property while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Maximize revenue by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and managing delinquencies, including evictions and utility cut-offs. Supervise on-site staff through hiring, training, and scheduling, and approve vendor invoices to maintain budget constraints. Develop leasing strategies to drive occupancy, conduct regular property inspections for safety and maintenance, and serve as the primary liaison to owners and investors. Utilize property management software for operational tracking and reporting. Requires three years of multifamily experience, supervisory background, and proficiency in MRI or similar systems. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of experience in multifamily property management
- At least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of lease agreements, rent collection, and lease enforcement procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Property Management software experience
- Knowledge of real estate contracts, financial management, and operational compliance
- Valid driver's license
- Must have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be customer-service oriented with the ability to interact professionally with residents and vendors
