Job Summary
Property Manager needed to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily Tax Credit/HUD property and lead the onsite property team. Responsibilities include managing rents, occupancies, expenditures, resident retention and leasing programs to maximize occupancy; handling resident relations and inquiries; ensuring compliance with Hallmark Company policies and federal/local regulations; training and counseling onsite staff; managing leasing paperwork; analyzing monthly performance and budget projections, and collaborating on asset plans and budgeting. Requires strong English communication, budgeting and reporting abilities, proficiency with MS Office and property/accounting software, and the ability to multitask and work a flexible schedule. Must be able to tour the community and climb stairs; Fair Housing certification and valid driver’s license are required.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year experience in onsite property management, including leasing and bookkeeping knowledge with Class C/D communities.
- Yardi/Bluemoon experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
