Job Summary
ATC Development seeks an experienced Property Manager in Greenwood, SC to lead a dynamic team and enhance resident experiences in a supportive, values-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a property manager, preferably in multifamily housing
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local housing regulations
- A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
- Confidence using technology and property management software
- A polished, professional presence and positive attitude
- The ability to multi-task, lead, delegate, and motivate in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications
