Job Summary
Property Manager for Grand Ridge (Cedar Rapids, IA) overseeing staffing, marketing, maintenance, and resident relations for a 101-unit community. Responsibilities include monitoring rental rates to maximize income, handling resident concerns, ensuring property appearance and completed maintenance, implementing marketing initiatives, reviewing applications, preparing leases and paperwork, move-in readiness, resident orientation, annual budgeting, and on-site staff scheduling. Requires prior property management or supervisory experience, strong customer service, financial aptitude, Fair Housing knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office; YARDI experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous Property Manager experience preferred
- 2+ years of on-site Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Manager experience or at least 3+ years of supervisory experience with customer service orientation
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- YARDI experience preferred
