Job Summary
Property Manager at GK Real Estate for the Holiday Village Mall in Great Falls, MT. Responsible for directing daily operations and maintenance of the shopping center, supervising vendors and staff, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and monitoring the asset’s fiscal performance. Duties include coordinating tenant move-ins/outs, preparing property condition reports, obtaining bids for capital improvement projects, supervising contractors, managing operating budgets and accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with local/state/federal safety codes (e.g., OSHA), and maintaining strong community connections in Great Falls. Required experience in commercial/retail real estate, supervision of property operations, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years’ previous experience in commercial property or facilities management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with Yardi accounting software is a plus.
- Must be able to prioritize multiple deadlines in an efficient manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be team oriented and possess an “upbeat / can-do” attitude.
