Responsible for sustaining occupancy and revenue targets, processing lease documents, vendor and resident communications, routine maintenance and safety compliance, and ensuring adherence to Fair Housing and OSHA standards. Key duties include marketing and showing homes, occupancy management, administering billing and collections (targeting >97%), utility meter reading, on-site materials purchasing, regular park walks, emergency responsiveness, and delivering resident notices. Required Qualifications
