Job Summary
Property Manager for an on-site residential property in Bremerton, WA. Oversee daily operations, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, lease enforcement, and budget management. Responsibilities include tenant communications, rent collection, unit showings, certification/recertification of tenants, notices, inspections, grounds maintenance, supervising a team of staff and vendors, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Requires strong communication, customer service, budgeting, reporting, and leadership skills to ensure high tenant satisfaction and financial performance. High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant property-management experience and strong computer aptitude preferred.
