Job Summary
Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across an established retail centre and a growing industrial estate. Steer leasing alongside the asset team while managing the day-to-day presentation of both assets. Act as the direct link between the centre team and senior management, providing input into development meetings and recommendations to directors. Drive cost mitigation, process improvement, and a live systems migration to help build how the portfolio is run. Build genuine relationships with tenants, leasing agents, and other stakeholders across the growing portfolio. Report directly to the Head of Asset Management in a privately owned business focused on long-term asset growth.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of property management experience
- Experience across retail and industrial assets
- A genuine track record in budgeting, forecasting, and driving financial performance
- Comfort working directly with leasing agents, tenant representatives, and other external stakeholders
- The ability to work well with people above and below you, without needing a fixed hierarchy to feel comfortable
- A builder mentality, someone who is comfortable improving systems and process that are still maturing
