Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations for Frenchman's Creek, Lemon Tree, and Lost Bayou apartment communities, overseeing leasing, maintenance, and resident relations. Deliver exceptional resident experiences by resolving concerns professionally, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining accurate financial records. Coordinate repairs, capital improvements, and market available units to drive occupancy while ensuring Fair Housing compliance. Prepare performance reports and build lasting relationships to increase satisfaction and retention. Ensure community standards are consistently met through close collaboration with maintenance and leasing teams.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of leasing and apartment operations
- Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
