Job Summary
Direct apartment community operations by managing leasing, marketing, resident relations, and customer service while optimizing financial performance through expenditure control, income maximization, collections, and budgeting. Utilize property management software such as Yardi, Excel, and Word to maintain detailed records and drive across various locations. Must live on-site with days and hours varying based on property location and weekend availability. Bilingual in English/Spanish and holding a valid California Driver's License are preferred.
