Required Qualifications
- 8 -10 years property management experience in Affordable Housing
- Ability to read and understand building plans
- Computer skills (Windows, Microsoft office, excel)
- Knowledge of city, state and federal programs and regulations
- Understanding of NYC housing codes
- Experience with monitoring repairs and maintenance work
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow through
