Job Summary
Oversee all operational and financial aspects of multifamily residential properties, including resident relations, financial operations, and property management. Implement sales operations programs to drive resident satisfaction and retention while creating specific property marketing strategies that support the Goldmark brand. Maximize net collected rent and oversee vendor expenses to ensure timely processing within budget allocations. Lead, train, and develop property teams to achieve financial goals and guide capital project needs. Assist with leasing, renewal processes, and operational reporting in accordance with Fair Housing requirements. Work with various properties across the portfolio to maintain compliance and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle, and vehicle insurance per company requirements
- All offers of employment are conditional, based on the successful completion of the pre-employment process which includes a criminal background check along with a motor vehicle record check
Desired Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Business or related subject
- 2-4 years' related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- A strong leader with 2 or more years of leadership experience
- Prior property management experience in multi-family environment
- Familiar with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, Fair Housing, and team member safety
- Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) certifications
- Yardi Property Management Software
