Job Summary
Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals, explaining location advantages, and showing units. Accomplish financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances. Maintain property by investigating tenant complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, inspecting units, completing repairs, and contracting services. Secure property by maintaining security devices, enforcing precautionary policies, and responding to emergencies. Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. Collects weekly pay for this full-time role.
