Job Summary
Property Manager responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of assigned property(ies), ensuring optimal performance and compliance with program rules. Duties include rent collections and documentation, processing resident applications, conducting move-ins/outs, upholding Fair Housing regulations, staff training and provisioning, frequent property inspections, timely handling of maintenance requests, coordinating with leadership, housing authorities, and external clients, planning and completing projects, and analyzing expenses to maximize profits. Requires an Associate’s Degree and an Affordable Housing Certification, with 2+ years of housing experience preferred. Travel up to 50% and a valid Driver’s License are required. Strong leadership, communication, and financial-stewardship skills are essential.

- Certifications: Any Affordable Housing Certification
- Preferred Experience: 2+ years of housing experience
- Physical Abilities: lifting, bending, walking, exposure to chemicals with PPE
- Special Requirements: Travel up to 50%, Valid Driver’s License
